What are Bliss Balls?
Bliss Balls are bite size snacks made from whole ingredients such as dates and oats which are blended together and rolled into a ball. Our Bliss Balls are free from protein powder and preservatives, making them perfect for kids (and adults too).

Do your Bliss Balls contain gluten?
Our Classic Range and Bliss Range of Bliss Balls are all made with oats and therefore contain gluten. However, our Gluten-Free Range does not contain gluten as they are made with Almond Meal.

For anyone who loves a good quality snack! They are suitable for children over the age of 1 who are currently eating solid food.
How much is shipping?
We express ship all of our products Australia wide for a flat fee of $7.95 AUD. We provide free express shipping for purchases over $100 AUD.

How soon will I receive my order?
All our products are made to order and are dispatched on Monday mornings every week. The Tiny Bites Co. currently uses Sendle and Australia Post to ship all of our orders, so depending on your location you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.

What is the weekly cutoff for orders?
Delivery cutoff is 5pm every Friday to ensure we can meet the delivery deadline of the following week. Any order placed after 5pm on Friday will be dispatched with the following weeks orders i.e. if an order is made on a Saturday morning, it won’t be prepared until the following week and then scheduled for delivery the week after that.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Bliss Balls: Provided they are stored in airtight packaging our Bliss Balls can be stored in the fridge for up to four weeks and in the freezer for up to three months.
Peanut Butter: Provided you store your jar correctly and ensure the lid is kept airtight when not in use, it will last you a few months.

what is your cancellation policy?
All of our products are handmade to order, so any cancellations mean the stock allocated to that canceled order is unable to be sold to another customer. As a business we also incur transaction fees for both payments and refunds.
Kindly note, any cancellations after an order is confirmed will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
